The incredible driving experience comes from a twin-scroll turbocharged engine with an electronic overboost function. When pushed to the limit, the overboost jacks up the already formidable torque to a staggering 300 Nm. On the outside, the Paceman’s design is gallery-worthy already. But its Lounge Atmosphere in the back and incredible roominess make it even more irresistible.

To say the MINI John Cooper Works Paceman comes with standard exterior features would be selling them short. There couldn’t be anything less standard about the exclusive Chilli red roof and mirror caps, the double sport tailpipes and the 18” Twin Spoke Black Burnished rims. Top it off with optional sport stripes on the bonnet and you’re all set to lay down the law at the traffic light.

 
 

If ordinary isn’t your thing, then you’ll feel right at home in the cockpit of the MINI John Cooper Works Paceman. Everything is finished off with eye-catching Chili Red stitching: from the leather sports wheel to the gear shift gaiter and the exclusive Carbon black sport seats. Even the floor mats come with red seams. A special anthracite speedometer and rev counter tells you your speed and RPM’s. And yes, those readings are actually correct.
